These terms apply when you buy from gahwo.com. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Placing an order

When you place an order, we email you to acknowledge it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We aim to dispatch within the time shown at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Because our products are food, this applies to packs that are still sealed: once a sealed pack has been opened it cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty. To cancel, tell us through our Contact page within the 14 days, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the items. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund.

Ingredients and allergens are shown on each product page and on the pack. Please check them before you buy and contact us if you have any questions.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
